General information ReddiKids offers the youngest members of Redditch Area Music Centre their first experience of music-making using the recorder and voice in a variety of fun activites. We meet on Mondays between 4:30 and 5:15pm. Click here to download the RAMC brochure.

Worcestershire Youth Music (WYM) is responsible for the high quality instrumental tuition in the county's schools as well as the activites in Area Music Centres and County ensembles. WYM is committed to providing appropriate musical experience for the County's School population. As players gain experience at Area Centre level, opportunites become available to progress to the Intermediate and Youth ensembles that rehearse regularly in Worcester. Redditch Area Music Centre (RAMC) is based at St. Bede's Catholic Middle School on Monday evenings during school term time. The Centre aims to provide opportunites for young people in Redditch and the surrounding area to take part in a wide variety of musical activites with particular emphasis on ensemble work. RAMC use professional, well-qualified teaching staff in order to develop the Centres enthusiastically and sensitively while promoting the highest possible musical and educational standards.
